Let's Make Your Home Shine!

We're excited to photograph your home and capture its very best features for potential buyers. Amazing listing photos are a team effort, and your preparation is the key ingredient.

To ensure we use our scheduled time efficiently and capture your home at its peak, we ask that the property be completely "photo-ready" upon our arrival. This means all staging, deep cleaning, decluttering, and final touches should be finished before we get there.

This allows us to focus entirely on artistry and angles, delivering a stunning gallery that will make your listing stand out.

A quick reminder: Our photographers are dedicated to capturing images, not preparing spaces. We cannot move furniture, tidy rooms, put away personal items, or handle cleaning. For detailed tips on how to prepare, please refer to the preparation guide provided.

We can’t wait to showcase your beautiful home!

Illuminate Everything

Turn on every single light—overheads, lamps, stove hoods, microwaves, under-cabinet strips, and closets. Replace any dead bulbs beforehand for a bright, welcoming glow. Turn off all fans.

Relocate All Pets & People

For everyone’s safety and a distraction-free shoot, please make arrangements for all pets and household members to be off-site for the duration.

Depersonalize for Privacy & Appeal

For your safety and to help buyers envision themselves in the home, please remove family photos, diplomas, monogrammed items, and distinctive collections.

Lower Every Toilet Lid

A simple touch of uniformity and cleanliness. Please ensure all bathroom toilet seats are fully closed before we begin.

Hide All Clutter & Personal Items

Quickly scan each room. If you wouldn’t want it in the listing photo, hide it in a closet or cabinet. Clear counters, floors, and tabletops completely.

Following these five steps ensures a faster shoot and creates the stunning, market-ready images that sell homes.
