TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking & Scheduling
A confirmed booking (via signed agreement or paid deposit) reserves your date and time. We will make every effort to accommodate preferred scheduling, but all shoots are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis upon confirmation. A tentative "hold" may be placed for 24 hours but will be released without a formal booking confirmation.
Service Area
Our standard service area is within a 10-mile radius of 20603. Properties outside this radius may be subject to a travel surcharge, to be quoted and agreed upon prior to booking. Special conditions or projects outside this area will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules can change. To best serve all our clients, we have the following policy:

Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice: Any deposit paid will be refunded in full or credited to a future booking.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, or same-day cancellations: A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged, or the deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling: We kindly request at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a shoot. Reschedules are subject to availability. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $50 re-booking fee.​​​
Client Readiness & Access

The property must be shoot-ready (fully staged, cleaned, and decluttered) at the scheduled start time. If the property is not ready, the photographer may either begin shooting the available areas or wait on-site. If the delay exceeds 30 minutes, the client may be subject to a waiting fee of $75 per hour or may need to reschedule (subject to the rescheduling policy above). The client or a representative must ensure the photographer has access to the property at the appointed time.
Weather & Outdoor Photography
Shoots are conducted rain or shine for interior spaces. For exterior shots, we reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe or photographically unfavorable conditions (e.g., heavy rain, snow, high winds). We will work with you to find the next available time, with no rescheduling fee.
Delivery & Usage
Final, edited high-resolution images will be delivered via digital download within 24-48 hours of the shoot. You are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the images for the marketing and sale of the specific property photographed. The copyright of all images remains the property of [Schiavetto Studios. Images may not be altered, edited, or used for purposes other than the marketing of the listed property without written permission.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of the final images. All payments are to be made via the method outlined in your invoice.
Liability
While we take the utmost care, Schiavetto Studios is not liable for pre-existing damage to the property or for items left on the premises. The client is responsible for securing or removing any valuables, sensitive documents, or fragile items.
